I have received a phone call from corporate recruiter, asking about my past experience, availability date etc. Few days later I have received another call from the local account to set up interview. I was interviewed by unit director and assistant director. Some of the questions were: What was your biggest challenge in your previous job, what was the most difficult thing you had to do, what are your strengths and weaknesses as a manager, what does leadership mean to you.
