Second, an hour pairing exercise, looking for key skills and understanding how you work. Final stage is a chat with the technical director more about soft skills and ways of working.

The process involves an initial screening call with a recruiter, followed by a 60 min pairing exercise and a subsequent 60 min discussion with a director and the chief of staff.
