I was recruited through a hiring service, I was offered an interview and met with the lab manager. During the interview I was asked about my qualifications, education, work history and residential history. The interview was easy and it was clear they want to make sure you understand exactly what you are getting yourself into.

Entretien
Tour of the lab and basic overview of daily responsibilities, as well as meeting management and lab lead personnel. The lab is highly interested in anyone with a college-level education, so it felt like I was the one interviewing the company.
