My first interaction was a phone call with HR where they discussed the company's mission and what services they offered. They asked if I was familiar with/in support of MAT services, which I liked. At the end of the phone screening, the recruiter scheduled me for an interview with individuals that would be my direct supervisors. The interview format was very flexible: I had the option of doing it virtually or in person. I will say that it was a little overwhelming meeting with 3 different individuals virtually and having to repeat some answers due to everyone not being there at the start of the meeting. Overall, though, it was a positive experience. They got back to me with a job offer within a few days.
