Horrible. They ask a lot of questions just to start the process when they have no intention of hiring you/advancing your application. It seemed like they are gathering intel (i.e. Marketing Plans) for their customer instead of the customer hiring a consulting service. I wonder if the job even existed. I will say they have backed off listing exorbitant salaries which the average person would question.
