El proceso de entrevistas en Crossover es conocido por ser riguroso y estructurado, incluyendo múltiples etapas que evalúan tanto habilidades técnicas como competencias generales. Me enfrenté a pruebas de aptitud cognitiva y evaluaciones de codificación, seguidas de entrevistas en video centradas en detalles técnicos y experiencias previas. A pesar que me fue bastante bien, el nivel de fluidez de inglés que es necesario, es bastante elevado.

The interview process was a joke! They sent me a bunch of assessments and told me nothing about the position or what type of testing I would be taking. There were very little instructions on the assessments. I felt the skills assessment was very obscure. Also, I wasn't sure how to manage my time and/or focus on the problems accurately. I also have a learning disability, so I had trouble interpreting the questions and spatial problems. So, it was an utter failure as a personal experiment. My takeaway? They are not tolerant of disabled technologists, which is totally illegal! Take note of this illegal hiring practice.
