Tedious and impersonal. They will require you to take several tests including a simulation of troubleshooting scenario. Basically, you will be reading technical documents and resolve issues on the fly since you don’t have the knowledge on their products. It was exhausting and time consuming. But, I think it’s worth a try if you are unemployed and have nothing to do. I’m not sure whether the skills you’re going to acquire while working for them is worth somewhere else.

Rigorous. Numerous stages. You have to get a certain score for the very first one before going to the next stage, where things might get easier or more difficult. My tip for the very first one is do not spend too much time on any question in the first. In fact, do it with a timer.

Applied for a job posting at this company which was a good match (I have 8 years of relevant experience) . Took an aptitude test, score was not high enough and according to them I would never be considered for any position at this company?? A one time aptitude test is all they care about? I guess I'm not smart enough to work there?
