I was born and raised in the UK and I could not pass that dumb language proficiency test probably because their AI was unable to perform a successful spectral analysis on my accent. Even though the result of my Cognitive Aptitude test placed me among the top 9% of candidates (that's what they said), I couldn't advance to the next assessment. TL:DR 2 wacky hours of me wanting to kill myself.

Very extensive interview comprising of 5 rounds of online tests and 3 rounds of Video calling using their Video conferencing tool. I really enjoyed the entire process and was excited to know that i got an offer and an invitation to join their elite Remote camp university . The last 3 rounds of video interview gave me an insight on the level of competence and class of the top rung of the support stream . I have never come across such an extensive interview process ever in my 7 years of experience. The company does invest time in filtering out the best fit.
