1.Online Test 2.HR Interview 3.Operational Round 4.Managerial Round overall it was easy, its non voice process, so need of very good fluent english, but yes good communication is required. Be calm and do the best.
1.Online Test was about basic english, accounts, finance Essay and E mail writing
2. HR Round is like they ask self introduction, company profile to test your communication skill
3.Operational Round is to test your technical skill i.e computer literacy
4. Managerial Round, they ask why should we hire you? why this company? skills? ok with any shift? ok with salary? etc

It’s simple and they will give you simple assessment followed by personal interview and ms excel proficiency test one graduate can easily crack all these. There will be various shift timing available and night shift will be paid with allowance .HR is very friendly and approachable

Entretien
The first round was an online test consisting of reasoning, comprehension, grammar and aptitude. It was pretty easy. Second round was OPS round where you introduce yourself and you would be asked why you chose this company and so on. Third round is HR round where you would be basically asked the same questions again.
