After initial call, they asked me to complete an unpaid "edit test" which was really just a demand for free ideas. First of all, I'm of the opinion that ALL edit tests should be paid. And second, they have a reputation of asking candidates do to work for a *future* episode, so it's clearly a way to mine ideas for free.
