two quick phone interviews followed by an assessment day with a group of around 20 people. Had to go through some group and individual excercises and tasks that determined who moves on to the next stage

Excellent process, full day in the office meeting the different teams. Had 4 sessions to pass through to a final stage - from here it was in the hiring managers best interest based on performance in all task and a final interview at the end of the day
