Prepare to be ghosted if you're interviewing for a corporate role here. I've seen this feedback in some other reviews too. Seems like a chronic problem among the talent team. I had two rounds of interviews, both of which I thought were positive and reflected well on my fit for the role. I had to follow up a couple of times to get a response about my status and was told they would follow up when they have an update. It's been two months.
