Interview was quite easy and quick. However, the post-interview process was bad. I did not get any reply or feedback from them until I send them an email and ask for an update. I waited for 3 weeks to receive the results but I rejected.

I think it was straightforward. They asked, "Why Crocs?/how did you come to be in this position?", and spoke on relocation, and what my desired salary would be. I feel that it was pretty common questions to get to know you better.
