I had a quick phone interview.
Then and in person interview which lasted roughly 1 hour.
Then I had a FaceTime interview with the area manager.
Overall very typical and easy interview process. The interview was very laid back and very conversational.

J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 3 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Crocs (New York, NY) en nov. 2014
Entretien
Very brief. I was recruited out of my store going out of business by 2 store managers. I Met with the district manger the 2nd day in a Crocs store. We went to the food court and began the interview. The district manager was great! He was upbeat and very enthusiastic about the brand and company's values. He asked me questions about my experiences with sales and the metrics. He asked how I'd deal with certain situations. I got the job the next day. Quick and easy.

Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Crocs (West Covina, CA) en juin 2015
Entretien
The interview process was the most simplest I've been on so far. I applied online and received an email from Crocs a couple of days later. They wanted to schedule a phone interview with me. The phone interview is easy if you have retail experience and have worked as a manager in the past.
It was a conference call with the recruiter, store manager, and district manager. All three of them asked me a total of 5 questions each and each question had a follow up. Very relaxed tone and common questions.
