Applied online, took one of the assessments they promote, and was contacted for a phone interview. 1st interview which went well. I was very comfortable, the questions were appropriate and despite no background in software sales, it was my sales skill that led to the call and ultimately an in person interview. 2nd interview was with the first contact and another high ranking member of the company. Again, a relaxed and positive experience. Two days later I received the call that I did not get the job, however the fact that it was a call and I was given the reason why (another candidate had active software sales experience) made the negative outcome easier to deal with. With that, thanks for the opportunity and I envision lots of growth for them if they continue to function with professionalism and integrity.

I applied online where I took a cognitive aptitude and personality assessment. A few days later, I received a call from the hiring manager asking if I would be available to schedule a phone interview. After the phone interview, they let me know I would be moving forward in the process and they would send me a calendar invite for an in person interview, which I received promptly. My interview was with the CEO, VP of Sales, and Sales Manager and was about an hour long. After the interview, I took another version of the aptitude assessment I originally took when applying. They let me know I would be hearing from then before the end of the week. They called me that evening with an offer.
