I interviewed for this position between 12/1/21 - 1/15/21. I first went through a phone screen, and then was asked to come to the office for an in-person interview. After that, I completed a take-home assignment. I followed up and was told there was a hold up because the boss was out of the office and needed to review. I followed up several times but was completely ghosted without the decency of even a rejection email.
