The interview process is quite lengthy, consisting of four calls in total. The first call is with HR, which is excellent. They provide a clear overview of what they are looking for and what we can expect. It was a super nice, easy-going, and helpful experience.
The second call was with a team member, someone I would be working directly with. I got a great impression; the role was well-explained, and they shared real experiences dealing with different types of clients.
The third interview was with a C-level executive, a 30-minute call where they explained the company’s reality, market expectations, and key future decisions. I felt confident it would be a good fit, as they mentioned they were looking for someone with my profile.
The fourth call, unfortunately, was a bit chaotic. They informed me 2 minutes before the interview via WhatsApp that they would be 40 minutes late, so I waited, but no one showed up. I requested to reschedule, and we set it for the next day. Again, the interviewer was late. The 30-minute interview started 15 minutes late, and I informed them I only had 15 minutes left due to another commitment. The interviewer asked three questions and then offered me the chance to ask mine, but I ran out of time, so we ended the call.
Despite the last interview's mishap, I got the sense that the company is growing and it might be a great opportunity to enter the AI health tech industry. I wish them the best!
