Interview was offered within 2 weeks of application letter sent. First interview was conducted by the Management on 1-to-1 basis and hiring process was expected within a month. HR Personnel was prompt and provided a personality test to be completed in less than 10 mins.

Phone call with HR was good, she was friendly, answered all my questions and able to articulate the scope and company well. Got shortlisted for a video interview with the Director subsequently.
Interview with the Director was a bad experience, the interviewer was condescending and didn’t show any interest at all. The interviewer came across as looking down on my past experience and title. Please don’t shortlist if you think I wasn’t a good fit, don’t waste yours and my time.
