I reached out to the HR directly from LinkedIn and applied for the role. 2 HR rounds and one product management round happened which was positive as per the HR. Due to CEO not available for last round, they postponed the final round for a couple of weeks. after waiting for 2 weeks, I got to know from HR that my profile was not shortlisted by CEO or business team..like what?? DO NOT APPLY FOR ANY ROLE IN THIS ORGANIZATION UNTIL YOU HAVE ANYTHING ELSE TO DO
Interview was smooth and all process took only 3 days. HR was supportive and all communication happened smoothly. HR explained me about the role and responsibility. the operation round was also great. they tried to understand my needs, and also tried to deep drill about my nature and working style. Overall great experience

Entretien
It was Easy.....everything lies in the hands of final decision authority. Thought of Pulling back when I came to know that they would keep all your Original Certificates until the Employment Duration (even if you are full time employee). But, ya I was not selected (think that I am over educated for the post and of course for the culture out there). I saw a moment where a person was lashing left-right and center that too quite loud for some mistakes in the build of the application.
