Interviewed by a panel of 3 people - 1 product manager, 2 software engineers. It was a mix of both behavioural and technical questions. Crewasis is mainly interested in recruiting smart people who are passionate about what they do. The behavioral questions were more about team work and why I wanted to work here. The technical questions were mostly aligned to the tech stack - TypeScript, React/Next.js, Python, Django, AWS, PostgreSQL.
