Pretty straightforward and quick interview process. Nothing too difficult and a pretty standard interview. Heavy emphasis on education and bonding with the children, especially if you're from somewhere outside of Korea.

Question 1
How would you handle a situation where a student isn't performing well?
Went through a third-party recruiter and had one interview with them, and then one directly with Creverse. Creverse was a skype interview with someone from the HQ in Seoul. There were two interviews and then a mandatory week training. The first interview was answering questions about experience/expectations. The second was to pretend to teach to the recruiter a short lesson.
