The first interview was with the recruiter, and he was extremely personable. The conversation was easy and allowed for substantial coverage of topics related to the job and company. The next two interviews with HR leaders were less personable and a bit more formal. I was supposed to interview with someone again, but the recruiter ghosted me until I reached out to withdraw my candidacy.
