The interviews themselves were conducted with employees either on or adjacent to the team for which the position was advertised. Everybody I spoke to was respectful and helpful, and I had no issue with that process, itself.
My main criticism is the amount of time it took between each interview and the ultimate decision. From my first conversation with the manager, it was one week until I moved on to the second panel round. After completing this panel, it was three weeks until I was asked to speak to one additional employee for a supplementary interview. Then, from this conversation, I had to wait for over two months until I was informed that someone else was being chosen for this position. As someone who was actively applying to jobs and very much interested in this role, I can't say I appreciated being left in an unknown position for such a long time.
