Interview process was standard. Applied online and was called back the following week for a phone screen. Never heard back from them and didn't think anything of it until I saw the job posting on Indeed. The company, also known as progressa, is posting that they will pay between 13-14 an hour. This is ridiculous, especially if the company is asking for 1 year experience. I would only work for this company if I just graduated high school. The fact that they have the audacity to pay their employees so low goes to show what type of talent they want to hire. My advice, stay aware from a company like this. If they took an HR course or had any HR training they would know that this wage is just unacceptable. Overall, progressa, pay at least 16.50 and recruit co-op students. They are willing to work for less and you can cycle through them each semester to keep your costs down.
