The "vice president" sits you down in his office, looks at you for 30 seconds, asks you one question then shakes your hand and tells you to come back tomorrow. During the process they demand you pay them 20$ for materials, then they take you through group interviews and the credit course, which last 8 hours a day

Entretien
The interview process was fairly easy. I had a brief phone interview first where they asked if I had previous sales experience and then I came in for a more formal interview. Questions are pretty easy and straight to the point.
