Entretien
Filled an online application then about a 45 minute phone interview with a recruiter. I was then scheduled for a panel interview a few days later. There were 5 supervisors that conducted the interview and took turns in asking you situational questions. I then received a phone call the next day offering me the position and was scheduled for an orientation and training.

Question 1
Give me an example of when you've encountered a difficult situation at your previous job and how did you handle it.

Entretien
-Phone screening via HR
-Secondary interview with HR
-Online assessment (2). One is a personality assessment with brain teasers and the other is a call center simulation
-Final interview with a panel of supervisors. There is a walk through your resume, followed by each supervisor taking turns asking you situational questions (which require the STAR response method), and finalized with a role-play that simulates a probable scenario in this role. As the reviews suggest the supervisors are not very personable. It appears as if they aren't even paying attention to you, no type of interaction. They just read the questions and record your responses.
What skills do you think are required for this role? What are they and give me examples of when you implemented each skill in your current or previous role.
J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Credit Acceptance (Southfield, MI) en juil. 2018
Entretien
The interview process was smooth. Everything went well. There were quite a few different rounds that I had to go through for interviewing. They brought in different managers to listen in on one prospect. That was a little intimidating but it went well non the less.
