It was very pleasant and professional. I applied online, then was emailed to schedule a phone screen. After the initial phone screen I had a one on one phone interview. After that there was a panel interview.

I was surprised to have such a negative experience despite all the good reviews I read online. On the day of my scheduled phone interview and 5 minutes passed the scheduled call, the recruiters sends an e-mail apologizing for missing the interview saying something came up, and she will schedule back with me as early as possible. I decided to follow-up 3 days later asking if the position is still available. She replied apologizing again and she set up another phone interview the following week. I decided to accept despite the fact that I lost interest to continue through the interview process and the position.

Entretien
The interview-to-hire process moved very quickly - just a little over 4 weeks from the first call with the recruiter to an offer letter. The process went like this: 1) phone call w/recruiter 2) Calipur Assessment (online personality test) 3) 1st in-person interview with CFO + panel of three (back to back sessions) 4) Reference check (online survey sent to references) 5) 2nd in-person interview: I was asked to make a 20-30 minute presentation to panel of 4, + abstract reasoning assessment, + 1-on-1 meeting with CFO.The process was very thorough, and they definitely made me work for the position. I liked that - they really cared about hiring the right/best person for the job.
