4 rounds of interview are taken at Credence Analytics
1st Aptitude Round
2nd Hr Round
3rd technical Round
4th Business Analyst head.
The technical round is pretty tough. There is a panel of interviewers generally.
The process was pretty long , it went on for a whole day.
Then if you are shortlisted after 3rd round , they call you again for 4th
The 4th round is taken by department head and again includes technical questions.

Aptitude Round is different then general Apti(which includes logical, quants etc) It tests your analytical skills and basic finance knowledge!

Resume based questions
Questions on core finance concepts
Specifically questions on debt market

They hire interns and then get them onboarded.
Only 1 round of interview by the respective manager
Sometime 2 round happens but mostly in one round deduction is taken.
