Interview Process will be in 2 stages First round was taken by their Managers and then there is hr round. In Interview you'll asked about E-commerce websites which i think everyone knows In HR round your personality is checked and hr will discuss about company rules and policy

I applied through naukri.com with in a day the HR contacted me and asked for some basic questions and arranged my telephonic interview with the Manager on the same day. Manager contacted me in the evening and took my interview. Interview was quite easy for me , they just asked about my profile in the previous company , my intro and some more basic questions. On the same call manager informed me I'm selected and discussed the salary.
