Sat down with 2 managers. Super relaxed. ANYONE can get hired here, background, drug use, criminal history, doesn't matter. I would recommend dressing casually but nice casual, as in a nice shirt tucked into jeans. No pressure interview because like I said, Creative Exteriors will hire anyone despite criminal history. Still, though, a good group of workers and nice people.
