Really embarrassing interview process that reflected very poorly on the company. First interview was with the very personable HR Director (although they call it something stupid) for an Event Producer role. Second interview was scheduled with an older woman who first asked me to schedule and send the Zoom interview, then was 10 minutes late to the interview and called me instead saying she never got the Zoom link, and wasn't sure if she was interviewing me for an Event Producer or Event Director role. Third interview was with the Operations Manager who interviewed me for the Event Director role, no mention of the Producer role. All in all seems like the internal communication is a hot mess and they do not have respect for applicants to even get basic details correct. Would not recommend applying to this company.
