Three rounds of interviews only to be completely ghosted with absolutely 0 responses after 2-3 follow ups. Probably dodged a bullet, I can’t even imagine how poor the communication must be at this company if they can’t even give you the time of day after giving them so much time and showing passion. Plus it seemed like the “creative director” was in a hurry to leave the company. Sad, really, I wanted to root for them, especially as a female-owned company, but they don’t treat their candidates with respect. Who knows how they treat their employees.
