Very nice and easy people to talk to, but it would be weeks before I heard back from anyone on if I advanced to the next round of interviews or not. There was four total over a close to 3-month span.

Got contacted on LinkedIn about the job. Did two interviews with HR, very casual. Then when the agent subsequently agreed to interview me, I had to answer a couple of written questions which were submitted before the interview. I then went into their offices for an in person interview with the agent. Again, very chilled was more the case of learning about me and my experience and taste.
