Got invited to an initial call with the recruiter, turned up and the interviewer never joined the call. Waited 15 mins and gave up. No follow up email or apology. Not worth my time to follow up myself.

The interview process was really good to begin with and the technical panel had a couple of great knowledgable guys who interviewed me for this position. My interview experience is positive, however after that I had received no feedback for several days and one day the HR called me to say the interview experience is positive, however the role is put on hold. HR also mentioned that I would not have to appear for an interview if the role is open. Little did i suspect, it is a new way of ghosting. I did see the role opened up quite a few times since then, I even re-applied and received no response. As a courtesy for my time for your process, I would request HRs to do a proper closure (even if rejected) rather than ghosting. I was truly impressed by the company initially and thought it is a great opportunity, but my post interview experience does n't agree with it.

Question 1
Mostly focused on scenarios in a scalable social networking platform (only a part of it, focusing on a specific problem rather than entire platform). It was followed by a coding challenge, really nice and easy. Interviewers also encourage you to do your best.

Entretien
I was approached directly by CreateFuture in January 2026.
The interviewers themselves were friendly, technically strong and enjoyable to speak with throughout the process. The technical and values conversations felt collaborative rather than adversarial, and overall the people aspect of the process was positive.
However, the overall process became extremely drawn out and uncertain. From initial contact in January to my withdrawal in late May, there were repeated delays, missed timelines and changing explanations around role availability. After completing all interview stages and being told feedback was positive, the process shifted into internal promotion discussions, then later into client sign-off discussions for a consultancy engagement.
Communication often became reactive rather than proactive, and timelines such as “later today or tomorrow”, “next week” and “two weeks” repeatedly slipped without updates unless chased. Eventually I withdrew from consideration due to the level of uncertainty and lack of confidence in the process itself.
The people were good, but the operational handling of the hiring process significantly undermined the overall experience.
