The interview process maybe took about 3 minutes and the manager didn’t ask any personal questions, basically just questions about my availability and past job experience. He said that he would get back to me by the end of the day and didn’t end up getting back to me 3 days past the interview.

Fairly easy interview. Applied online and received an email around midnight for an interview for the next day. Interviewed by owner who was nice. However, there were 8 other people there, so I guess I wasn't one of the lucky ones. The store itself wasn't open yet, so the interview took place at a table outside of the store.
