The interviews were choppy and disorganized. No clear direction in how the interviews would be conducted. Follow-ups were up in the air and there was a lack of follow through.

Entretien
Consisted of 5 interviews. First two were with a senior CSM manager. Next was with his counterpart. 4th was with the team lead and 5th (Presentation) was with the VP of customer success and the head of customer ops.
