The company culture is very much about bringing people in that want to be involved in home sales be it kitchen, décor, entertaining, or furnishing. Crate and barrel is also a signature experience so make sure you understand the brand before heading to your interview.

Very chill laid back and easy. Nice guy interview me. Interview was done in the store out in the open on a table that was up for display. No hard questions got offered the job on site.
