The girl was incredibly nice. She was eager to talk about the company and why she enjoyed working there. She had pages of questions... probably 40 or more. It took almost an hour. For the first interview, we sat in the middle of the store, with customers and other employees walking around and listening.

Entretien
I arrived 10 mins early and they had me wait on one of their couches on the sales floor. The department lead met me where I was seated and we held the interview there. The first question she asked was for me to tell her about myself and then we continued with more questions. Most of the questions were about giving examples. It felt really natural and more so like a conversation. She seemed to like me and said I will have to have a 2nd interview with the store manager.

Entretien
They called me, set up the interview. I showed up, 5 minutes early. The manager had forgotten about our interview. He sent me to interview with a different manager, and they asked me many questions and explained the role. The role seemed much different than it had in the description online.
