Casual interview. They ask if you'd like to have water or tea while the interview is going. Very curteous, a statement to their standard Southern Hospitality image. Wear nice clothes and be prepared with a resume to give the best impression. They have a great training program. Recommend for those who like family-oriented places but don't mind working later or being called in to cover other people's shifts, if needed. Great place to start for students or those needing a hold-over until they find a career path.

I was seated at a table and told to wait on the manager. It was just a few minutes and she came over and asked me probably seven questions. they mostly pertain to my restaurant experience what job I held previously things of that nature.
