Hourly are all job description and essential function based.

First a phone interview with a recruiter..followed by an online assessment..face to face interview with a Dm which I was not impressed by ..followed by another phone interview with another Dm.. no idea exactly what they are looking for.

This seems like a very solid company. I hit it off with the interviewers very well. I recommend that if you interview with this company that you know the product and company culture. If you don't ask someone. It also doesn't hurt to have a referral to make a better impression.
