The retail manager and I hit it off right away. It was a simple interview really. Basic math skills, communication skills. There is a background check. But I believe it's just for the state you are residing in.

Simple and straightforward process. The various steps were clearly outlined and any and all questions answered well and promptly. Response time was fair. The hiring team and manager were polite and professional.

It’s amazing. All the managers are really interesting. Cracker Barrel was an amazing place to work and they get back to you super quickly. It’s a supportive environment. Everybody is super welcoming. The interview is quick and pretty easy.
