I was told by HR that the interview would be 30-60 minutes and include a press lease test and a grammar test. When went in for the interview HR seemed very unorganized. Every room she tried to bring me two interview in was occupied and then we ended up interviewing in her office. I met and interviewed with two other higher-ups that day and then HR brought me to another room to take the grammar test. (By this point, over an hour had passed between all 3 interviews.) She said she could come back and get me in a half hour. I asked if I would be taking the press release test and she said no she would email that to me later (I thought this was odd because what's the point of a test when you have ample time and resources to take it) but then I said if I'm only taking the 2 page multiple choice grammar test I'd only need 15 minutes for it. She said okay she would be back in 15. I finished the test within ten and then waited there for OVER AN HOUR. I would have gone to look for her sooner, but the office was very big and I had been moved to a different room, wasn't sure if she was in a meeting, and wasn't sure if I would be able to find the room. Now two and a half hours had gone by since I entered the building (I was told it would be 30-60 minutes so I planned accordingly). I was officially late for the job that I had thanks to being forgotten during my interview. When I finally had accepted that I was going to be late for work and that she had completely forgotten about me, I went to look for her office. I found her in her office hanging out with another coworker. She saw me and said "OMG I FORGOT ABOUT YOU I'M SORRY." Then she proceeded to nearly rush me out the door. I had to remind her to take my grammar test from me and ask again if the press release test would be emailed to me and she said yes she would do it that day. THREE days passed and I emailed her for the press release test. NO RESPONSE. I had to email someone else in the company who made her send me the test just so that I could officially finish my first round of the interview process. Very unprofessional. Worst interview experience I ever had. This company really needs to take a look at their HR department.

The interview process was very straightforward. I met with the Account Executive on the team and the Department Head to make sure the chemistry was there. They asked me a few questions about school, what I learned, my extracurriculars, etc.

Question 1
If you were to show me your wallet right now, how is it organized?

I interviewed with someone from HR first. They seemed nice but they were definitely rushing the interview, trying to get through it as fast as possible from the second I joined the call. I was asked to complete an assessment of skills (EQ, problem-solving, etc.) which took about 45min-1 hour. I was told after I completed that, HR would be in touch with the next steps. After no word for over a week I reached out and was let go from the process. No issue with that, but I would've appreciated being told that instead of having to ask after HR said they would be in contact with me shortly.
Overall, I didn't feel like they valued or respected me as a candidate.

Went through many different processes for the interview, took over a month for the whole process that included a competency test and a writing test. You meet with 3 groups of people, including HR, where you are interviewing with 4 people at a time.
