Wonderful! They scheduled a virtual meeting with the team. First we started with introductions. Then spoke more about my background and where I am now. Followed by some technical questions and Critical Thinking questions. We spent more time in Critical Thinking questions. At the end, I asked questions.

Critical thinking questions more than technical. They really wanted to get a grasp of the way you think and how you process difficulties to find a solution.
