1. Clarity in needed around salaries posted on the reqs. I had 2 phone screens for different and similar roles. Both were listed around 97-160. I fell high within the range. During the screen, I was informed both roles capped around 120. This was a colossal waste of time for all. 2. For a third role, a recruiter coordinated a phone screen with me and did not call for the agreed time and date. I reached out several times and received no response.
