Filled out application online, was called to take a drug screening. After the drug screening came back and interview was scheduled and I was interviewed by 2 of the field service supervisors.

STAR Method of Interview. You should not be off track and stick with the STAR method. Please You Tube the STAR method of interviewing and stay on that format. Some people have been eliminated by not staying within this format

Entretien
It took almost three months to get a call back. After getting initial phone interview, met with three supervisors in a small room. They took turns asking questions. It was somewhat daunting, but after almost two more weeks, got a call back with a job offer.
