This is the second time I have interviewed within the Cox business family. I have to say this is the second time I have been left feeling disappointed. Cox Talent Acquisition is terrible at engagement and following up. My initial screening with TA went well and I was then brought in for a panel interview. Overall that went well. I immediately followed with with a thank you email and never heard anything until 5 weeks later when I received an email the posting was cancelled. Prior to the email I sent TA a follow up email still expressing my interest and she never bothered to respond. I have since accepted an offer which I don't think Cox could compete with but I will say if I am in the market again I will never apply to any position within the Cox brand.
