I applied for the job 2 weeks later got an email to do a 2 part assessment, 3 days later on a Saturday they texted me asking team to all them for a phone interview. She sent me an email explaining the face to face interview. I had one supervisor asking me questions for like 30 mins including 10 behavior questions where I had to give an example story of my past experience in STAR format he then said I moved on to the next step and he gave me a packet to look over for 10 mins and then called me on the phone and I had to role play like I was the technical support rep and I was helping a difficult customer but I also had to upsell hbo services. He then said that another person will call on me to tell me the outcome of the interview
