it was a small panel review. The manager lied about the other person interviewing and said she was with HR, really she was in customer service associate. Lied about building a team. They were just using us to clean up in house. I quite my job to come over to their team, just to get laid off.

1. Spoke to Company Recruiter. 2. Spoke to Hiring Manager about role, and discussed my past experience. 3. Had a panel interview with 3 Managers. Had general questions, and was to answer using the STAR format. 4. Meet with 2 Senior Leaders (one being VP).
They asked me why I wanted to work there. It seemed simple, but it really tested how well I understood the company’s values, mission, and how my goals aligned with theirs.

The questions are specific to the role you will be holding and they are across the board. Specific technical questions, situational question. I went 3 rounds.
