Recruiter screen and then panel of people quizzing and talking to you about your experience and quizzing you on some data knowledge like platforms you've used. Not that hard but I did not prepare enough and did not get the offer at final round lol.

Entretien
Met with a team of 3 people. Interview was part technical, part culture and behavioral.
I received an offer after, which was a bit low. I asked if they could increase the offer or add a signing bonus. They didn't reply for a while, so I emailed to ask for an update. Eventually, they said they were not going to add anything to the offer and to let them know my decision. I decided to accept, and asked for the official offer letter. I was ghosted for 2 days, and did everything I could to contact the recruiter and anyone else at the company. Eventually the recruiter replied that they would have an update for me later that day. She never emailed me back.
This shows just how toxic their culture is. They have "unlimited" PTO as well, and the manager mentioned having to work until 7pm on some days. Very glad I did not end up joining, and instead went to a much better company

Great interview structure. Phone screen from recruiter followed by another phone screen from the hiring manager. Recruiter interview was STAR questions and Hiring Manager interviews were some STAR and some technical.
