I applied. Then made the appointment for the phone interview with a recruiter, which was good, and then made an appointment with the onsite hiring manager. Went to my 2nd interview and they sent me to another area for the interview. The 2nd area didn’t know anything about it, and claimed everyone already left for the day. They also said to get a hold of my recruiter to see what is going on. The whole process was AI and you can’t get a hold of anyone about anything. I received another option to reschedule automatically without any communication with a real person. This is bad communication on the company’s part and I just imagine what it’s like working there! If they can’t set up a simple one on one meeting and follow through, what else are they dropping the ball on? NOPE!!

Entretien
Questioned by a recruiter and then awaited the results of a background screen and was later contacted by the hiring manager. I was offered the job and accepted, It took quite a while to actually get set up. I had to wait on things to clear and then attend an orientation.
